The Best Poster Award in Korean Vacuum Society Meeting (2012) was given to Kamran Qadir, first year Ph D student in Professor Jeong Young Park’s group. The title of the poster is “Understanding Deactivation of Ru Catalysts by In-situ Investigation of Surface Oxide Stability under CO Oxidation and Oxidative/Reductive Conditions”. The main theme of the poster is in-situ investigation of the stability of core-shell type oxide on Ru nanoparticles under reaction conditions using Ambient pressure XPS.
